Cyberphysics software solves two groups of problems: 1) Emergency shutdowns and the associated high costs of equipment maintenance; 2) Inefficient equipment operating modes and poor product quality. These problems can be caused by such factors as late defects detection; emergency stops, non-optimal operating modes; low transparency of the state of assets.
The main difference from competitive solutions is the unique approach to solve the problem of undermanagement of production assets. Cyberphysics platform completes even those tasks that cannot be solved by standard ML based on operating data from sensors, for example, analysis of molten metal temperature, or corrosion effects. This is possible due to the unique hybrid approach to the problem, which combines the use of physical and mathematical models and analysis of operational data.
The software minimizes operating and maintenance costs through a hybrid approach, based on which the client receives recommendations for setting up efficient equipment operating modes, optimal planning of repairs, and prediction of the defects’ development. In addition, the Cyberphysics platform allows to use the built-in libraries of ready-made digital models of typical equipment for self-tuning by enterprise engineers in a no-code mode.
