MBA students of Business Administration Institute, State University of Management, will undertake an internship at Ajman University of Science and Technology (UAE). A large-scale international educational project is being implemented with the administrative support of Maksim Zagornov, Business Ambassador of Business Russia to the UAE.
The internship abroad focused on the topic "Advanced management technologies: the UAE business development best practices" will last for two weeks starting from June 11. 23 MBA students of Business Administration Institute, State University of Management - business owners, young entrepreneurs, top managers of state corporations, banks, development institutes - will take part in the internship.
The internship will take place at one of the largest universities in the United Arab Emirates – Ajman University of Science and Technology (AUST) located in Ajman. Today, AUST is the top ten universities in the UAE and the top 660 according to the QS World University Rankings.
In the course of the internship, the students will learn about up-to-date management technologies, business processes, business peculiarities and digital transformation in the UAE. The internship program will include master classes from expert teachers of Ajman University as well as visits to the leading companies of the UAE (Noon, Huawei, Alef Real Estate, Emirates Global Aluminum, Aecom, Hira Industries LLC, etc.) where students will meet with the companies’ officials to learn about business specific features.
Agreements with the Ajman University regarding the Russian students' visit were reached with the assistance of Maksim Zagornov, Business Ambassador of Business Russia to the UAE. It will be the first internship of MBA students of State University of Management in the Emirates. Before, international internships were held in the European universities.

Both countries are interested in exchanging students, teachers, and implementing joint educational programs. We are pleased that Ajman University has accepted our offer to take Russian students for an internship. An interesting program has been jointly developed to enrich, I am sure, young Russian entrepreneurs with new knowledge and useful contacts," said Maksim Zagornov, Business Ambassador of Business Russia to the UAE.
It should be noted that Institute of Business Administration at SUM has been cooperating with Business Russia for several years. Business Russia Department works as part of the Institute, entrepreneurs from Business Russia give lectures and conduct master classes for students here. The internship at Ajman University with Business Russia support will open new opportunities at the Middle East market for MBA students of IBA, SUM.

The internship will come to an end on June 24. Upon its completion, MBA students of IBA, SUM, will get Ajman University of Science and Technology Certificates.
