UAE banks join forces to help small and medium-sized businesses

Emirates Development Bank and Emirates Islamic join forces to offer a joint loan guarantee scheme aiming to support small and medium-sized enterprises in the UAE.
Emirates Islamic is the 11th commercial bank to join the EDB loan guarantee system platform offering profitable financial solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.
EDB mandate includes financing in the amount of 30 billion dirhams for the development of the UAE economy in five strategic sectors by 2026.
