The UAE is the main importer of Russian gold in 2022

According to Reuters, Russian gold exports to the Emirates increased from 1.3 tons to 75.7 tons with a total value of $4.3 billion, in the period from February 24, 2022 to March 3, 2023

China and Turkey which bought 20 tons of precious metal in Russia each, also get into the top three buyers. 

These three countries accounted for 99.8% of the Russian gold exports during the mentioned period. Western countries have banned the import of Russian gold.
