The UAE is ranked as the top emerging market across the MENA region in terms of a Foreign Direct Investment Confidence Index (FDICI) in 2023

The Emirates also ranked third globally after China and India, according to Kearney international consulting company. 
Kearney's Index is an annual rating to evaluate the markets able to attract the largest amount of investments in the following three years.

This is the first time in the index's 25-year history that an exclusive ranking for emerging markets has been included, to provide business  leaders with insights into promising investment directions.

Qatar (4th place) and Saudi Arabia (6th place) also took high positions in  Kearney's global ranking.
