Maxim Zagornov took part in the filming of Channel One's movie dedicated to cooperation between Russia and the UAE

The documentary will be aired on Channel One ahead of the XVI BRICS summit, which will be held in Kazan on October 22-24.

Recall that on January 1, 2024 Russia took over the baton of presidency in BRICS - the association, which, according to the decision of the XV BRICS summit approved in August last year, now includes 10 states. The UAE, Egypt, Iran, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Ethiopia have joined BRICS as new full members.

The main event of the Russian presidency will be the BRICS summit in Kazan. It will be the first summit of the BRICS in an enlarged format.

Channel One is shooting 10 documentaries dedicated to each BRICS member state for the upcoming XVI BRICS summit. One of the films is dedicated to the UAE.

In an interview with Channel One, Maxim Zagornov spoke about the development of economic partnership between Russia and the UAE, the promising projects of Business Russia in the Emirates, the barriers of the current period, and the cooperation between the two countries in science and education.
