On February 6, the joint experimental educational project of Delovaya Rossiya and RANEPA was solemnly concluded in Moscow. Maxim Zagornov, Business Ambassador to the UAE, presented certificates of internship in the United Arab Emirates to students of the Presidential Academy. The event was also attended by Nonna Kagramanyan, Vice President and Head of the Executive Committee of Business Russia, Ruslan Korchagin, Acting Director of IGSU RANEPA, and Shivleta Tagirova, Deputy Director of the Center for Experimental Educational Programs of RANEPA.
During the meeting, students of the Presidential Academy shared their impressions of the two-week internship in the UAE, and the leadership of Delovaya Rossiya and IGSU RANHIGS summarized the results of the joint educational project.
"For Russian companies focused on the development of international cooperation, it is strategically important to get a talent pool of young talented ambitious specialists who have been trained to work in new priority markets, including the markets of the Arab world. "Business Russia" sees this task and seeks to create and test model solutions, which could then be replicated in the format of cooperation between companies and universities. Our joint project with RANEPA on internships for students in the United Arab Emirates is one example, and a very successful one at that," said Nonna Kagramanyan, Vice President and Head of the Executive Committee of Business Russia, at the ceremony of awarding Business Russia certificates to the participants of the two-week internship abroad.
She emphasized the contribution and personal participation in the project of Maxim Zagornov, member of the General Council and Business Russia's business ambassador to the UAE.
"We highly appreciate the results of the internship in the UAE and consider it a serious step for the development of bilateral relations between our countries. Today it is important for young specialists to have practical work experience in target markets. Our program was rich and varied. The guys saw with their own eyes how work is organized in Russian and Emirati companies and government agencies, and had a unique opportunity to work with business owners. Our students were entrusted with developing strategies, searching for partners, drafting contracts, interacting with the media and other real tasks. All employers noted the high level of students' training, their initiative and independence.", - said Maxim Zagornov, Business Russia Business Ambassador to the UAE.
"We would like to thank Business Russia Business Ambassador to the UAE Maxim Zagornov and his team, all our colleagues who responded to this initiative and created an opportunity for successful internships in Russian and Emirati companies for our guys. Undoubtedly, this format of partnership is important for us, and for the students - a new experience of practical training at international sites", - said Ruslan Korchagin, Acting Director of IGSU RANEPA RANEPA.
This is the first internship of the Presidential Academy students in the United Arab Emirates. Before that, foreign internships were held in European countries.
